Great News! Our June, 23 kick off party and all after party jams, along with performances between the main stage acts will now take place in a huge music tent on the festival grounds.
This means you will not have to leave the festival grounds to enjoy all our performances and it will give you a place to get out of the weather or sit and talk with your friends.
The tent will feature a complete liquor bar, dance floor and performance stage.
Take a look at our schedule to see who will be performing in our music tent.
There will be a small additional fee to take in the
June 24th after party but believe me,
YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THIS BAND!

I'm very excited to welcome Thornetta Davis to the Boundary Waters Blues Fest family. As an added surprise to our Friday night festivities, Ms Davis will be joining Larry McCray on stage during his headlining performance.
It is a real treat for me to present Thornetta to all of you. She came all the way from Motown to join us for our event and is a great talent and a wonderful person, so make sure you stay up all the way 'til the end to watch her sing!.

Steve Braithwaite will be bringing his Big Banana Car all the way from Pennsylvania to raise awareness of deep vein thrombosis.
When someone offers to bring a motorized gigantic banana to your event you should always welcome it with open arms. We will be auctioning off rides in the big banana and doing whatever we can do to help the cause. I'm still not sure about the arrival time, but we'll have fun with Steve. He is truly a great guy. I can hardly wait!
